INGREDIENTS

 

STEAK
3/4 – 1 pound flank
1 & 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tsp of ground cumin
1/4 tsp of salt
1 medium lime

RICE
1 1/2 cups of uncooked brown rice
3 cups of chicken broth

TOPPINGS
1 small onion
1 tomato
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/4 tsp salt
15 oz can black beans
1 cup frozen corn kernels
8 oz container sour cream
