Ribeye Steak & Shrimp
- 1 cup of cream
- Half cup of Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 and a half teaspoons of dried basil
- Salt & pepper
- 2 8-10 ounce Ribeye steaks
- Half pound of shrimp tails (shells removed)
- 1 tablespoon of butter
1.) Grill up the shrimp on wooden skewers (make sure to soak the skewers in water for 15-20 minutes)
2.) Heat the cream is saucepan and simmer on medium low, about 14-16 minutes
3.) Stir in the Parmesan, basil, salt and pepper. Lower the heat and keep warm while preparing the Ribeye and shrimp.
4.) Season the Ribeye to your personal preference. Grill on stove or barbecue until complete.
5.) At the same time, add the shrimp to the soaked skewers. Melt butter in microwave for 25-30 seconds and brush the shrimp
6.) Grill the shrimp over medium high heat or pan fry until pink and opaque. Flipping over half way through. (2 minutes per side or 4-5 minutes total)
7.) Place the grilled RIbeye on a plate, top with the grilled shrimp and then the Parmesan sauce.
