Garlic Butter Salmon in Foil

This recipe is very easy to prepare and quick to make. This method only takes about 24-26 minutes to complete.


Here is how you make this meal. First off, preheat oven to 375 degrees. Next, melt three tablespoons of butter into a small bowl. Next, mince up garlic and squeeze lemon juice into this bowl and mix it up with a whisk. Now pour this mix over the salmon which is on the tinfoil.

Finally, season the salmon with salt & pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes. (I personally like to add lemon pepper as well). Now all you have to is fold the foil and put it in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes.

Tip: Make sure the foil is well wrapped and sealed to prevent leakage.
