Fast, Easy, Healthy Baked Chicken Breasts

Here is a simple way to cook delicious chicken breasts and have them turn out juicy.

First off, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Next make sure to rinse off the chicken breasts and then pat them until dry. Spray down baking dish. Sprinkle the breasts with black pepper, garlic salt, and onion powder. Now add broth to the baking dish, add chicken, and bake for 20-22 minutes.

Tip: Make sure the chicken is not pink in the middle.



  • 2 four ounce boneless/skinless breasts
  • One half cup of chicken broth
  • One quarter teaspoon of onion powder
  • One quarter teaspoon of garlic salt
  • Black Pepper
