Dressing: 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 2 teaspoons honey Salad: 1 romaine lettuce heart, chopped (about 3 cups) 1 cup thinly sliced radishes (about 5 medium) 1 ripe peeled avocado, diced 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper Make the dressing. Use a salad dressing shaker or a bowl to mix well. Combine all of the ingredients and pour dressing over. Be sure to gently toss so that the avocados do not break down. Enjoy!
