Quick Tips- Halloween

Okay ladies (and guys) Halloween is right around the corner and I know we want to look our hottest. Here are some quick tips to make sure you are looking sexy and tone in your costumer!


The week before Halloween start doing a daily routine of sit ups, squats and push ups as follows:

Sit Ups- As many as you can do in one minute. Repeat daily the 7 days leading to Halloween.

Squats- 25 Daily for the same 7 days

Push ups- Do 30 daily for the 7 days. You can separate these into batches of 10 throughout the day is easier.


Right before you head out on Halloween do a set of each workout to tighten up muscles and look tone and sleek! Happy Halloween!
