If you’re interested in turning part of your home into a personal gym, there are a few pieces of equipment that are a must have.

  1. Squat Rack: Necessary when performing squats and bench presses
  2. Bench: You’ll need this to lay on for benching, and it is adjustable so you can use it for seated movements too
  3. Barbell + Plates: You need something to lift!
  4. Dumbbells: These are great for performing both compound and isolated movements
