- Squat Rack: Necessary when performing squats and bench presses
- Bench: You’ll need this to lay on for benching, and it is adjustable so you can use it for seated movements too
- Barbell + Plates: You need something to lift!
- Dumbbells: These are great for performing both compound and isolated movements
