Fitness trends come and go. Every year is a new diet and a new way of training. Trainers are saying 2018 is the year to go back to the normal. Most popular workouts will be your good old HIIT Training and lots of group workouts. While HIIT keep your body moving and your heart racing, group workouts do the same while keeping a healthy competition going.  Lets be honest, we all want to do one more crunch then the girl next to us!
