A smoothie a day!

With the New Year in full swing, we all strive for a better version of ourselves. Exercise and eating right become top priority on our lists of resolutions. It is important to keep those resolutions balanced and reachable to make sure we do not become discouraged. If you don’t exercise at all, start by going for a walk not by saying you’re going to run three miles. If you eat fast food all day, start by switching your morning o a quick and easy smoothie.

 

A smoothie every morning can bring nutrients and therefore energy to your day that your body has been missing. You feel full and are less likely to grab one of those donuts. I like to use the mix of veggies and fruits in the frozen isle of your grocery store. Add Almond Milk and Flax and blend!
